Currently, kennel operations are being expanded and prepared for future litters, and visits are not being scheduled. However, visits are welcome by appointment for visiting the dogs. Contact us to schedule a visit and meet our GWPs!
Our next planned litter is expected to be available mid to late April 2026, from the pairing of Buzz × Jessie. If you’re interested in reserving a puppy or would like additional information, please reach out directly—we’re happy to answer any questions and discuss availability.
We follow a rigorous breeding policy focusing on health, temperament, and hunting excellence. Our GWP breeding program ensures each puppy comes from exceptional bloodlines with proven field abilities.
Once a client has selected a puppy and a litter has been established, Wirehaven Kennels requires a deposit to reserve that puppy. The deposit secures the client’s pick and confirms their commitment to the puppy.
Deposits help cover early expenses associated with raising each litter, including veterinary care, nutrition, and general puppy development costs during the first weeks of life.
Deposit Terms
Deposits are applied toward the final purchase price of the puppy.
Deposits are non-refundable, as they represent a commitment to a specific puppy and litter.
In the event that a placement cannot proceed due to circumstances approved by Wirehaven Kennels, the deposit may be transferred to a future litter at the kennel’s discretion.
Wirehaven Kennels reserves the right to prioritize the well-being of the puppy and ensure each dog is placed in an appropriate home. All deposit arrangements are made with the intention of transparency, fairness, and responsible breeding practices.
Stud Services Policy
Wirehaven Kennels operates under a “No Puppy, No Payment” policy for stud services. If a breeding does not result in a live puppy, no stud fee is due. This policy is designed to ensure fairness and shared confidence in each pairing.
Guided Hunt & Training Services Policy
For guided hunts and training services, including Bird Dog Boot Camp (BDBC), a minimum of 14 days’ notice is required for refunds or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled service may be subject to forfeiture, unless otherwise arranged due to extenuating circumstances.
Our dogs specialize in upland bird hunting, particularly grouse and woodcock. They are versatile and trained for multiple hunting environments and are used for pheasant, and waterfowl hunting as well.
